Dreamers, activists, philanthropists, romantics, adventurers… All that can describe Nadear and Andres, two exceptional people, whose wedding in Phuket was something of a dream.
Andres and Nadear met while working together in Andres’ company: luxury property development in Phuket. Seeing each other in a work environment allowed them both to see intelligence and personal responsibility they both share, which led to a blossoming relationship later.
Andres and Nadear also share their passion for adventures, and together, they have visited many exotic and remote places: from Nepal to Peru, they enjoyed hiking, sports, yoga, wellness, and nature.
Nadear and Andres believe that one can make all their dreams come true. They set out to turn their dream wedding to reality and spared no detail to create a day to be remembered. Only their closest friends and family gathered to celebrate the union of Nadear and Andres, but this wedding was in no way a humble affair. Hosted in one of Thailand’s most luxurious resorts, Iniala Beach House, it was a dazzling, sophisticated, and refined soiree.

To cherish both of bride and groom origins, the day had 2 main parts: Thai celebrations in the morning, and Western — in the afternoon.
The morning started with a traditional long drum parade, where the groom and his entourage made their way with music and danced to pick the bride up from her house. Dressed in elaborate Thai costumes, the couple then made their way up to the stage to receive their blessings and exchange rings, when they were officially wed as husband and wife by Thai tradition.
The Wedding Bliss Thailand, one of the leading destination wedding planners in Thailand and South East Asia, who established their name executing exquisite celebrations for the most demanding and sophisticated clients from all over the world, envisioned a modern and classic design solution for this traditional part of the day, and opted for white as the leading colour, to symbolise purity and new beginnings.
The most opulent part of the day was yet to come. The design theme of the Western ceremony and reception was Whimsical Flower Forest. With 2018 Colour trend — Ultraviolet — in the lead, and supported by gorgeous colour tones of pale pink, lilac, green and gold, The Wedding Bliss Thailand and IAMFLOWER created a jaw-dropping setup. For a while, Natai beach turned into a dreamy, enchanted garden!
Serenading the couple’s entrance to the ceremony was Ronan Keating, a world-renowned singer, whose single “When You Say Nothing at All” is one of the most famous love songs which was also featured in the hit movie Notting Hill in 1999.
Following a romantic moment of vow exchange, the guests were invited for a cocktail hour on the beach, set up with comfortable lounge seating, cigar and whisky corner, and creative craft cocktails.
With the sun setting behind Andaman sea, it was time to make way into a glasshouse marquee, where a huge floral surprise was waiting for everyone. The whole space of the marquee was turned into an orchard house, with luxurious peonies, roses, lisianthus, hydrangeas and tulips covering the ceiling walls and tables. Not to miss one of the highlights: a gorgeous transparent dancefloor with flowers and fairy lights below.
A 9-tier sweet masterpiece by a renowned patisserie chef in Phuket, Peter Webber, was also adorned with fresh flowers and was one of the key elements of design.
Gorgeous stationery, including invitation suite, seating chart was designed and produced by a creative tandem of Crème de Papier and Nice Plume, France.
Entertainment was a big part of the evening, and it started with a mellow jazz from All Starz Thailand Jazz band, then kicking off the party with mischievous dynamics of The Cuban Brothers (UK), as well as a surprise rap dance performance from Andres’ sister, whose talent is widely known in Sweden.
