Cotton Candy Moodboard

To add a little novelty to this blog, we decided to open a new column here today. As top wedding planners in Thailand, we restlessly generate new concepts and ideas every day for our couples, and we think it can be quite cool to share some of “spare” ones with you, just little something that we find inspiring, worth attention, and truly outstanding.

Moodboard is the first step in conceptualizing a wedding look. Styling and creating one before moving into actual design details help both planners and couples to envision the feel and vibe of the wedding day.

Today we’re talking pink; the color often overused in weddings when it actually just needs a nice little twist to make it interesting.

We called today’s moodboard “Cotton Candy”, as we were inspired by the lightness and nice fluffy texture of this sweet. Whether you decide to use it in your creative cocktails, take it as inspiration base for a voluminous gown, or use its outstanding but pastel colors in flower arrangement — it’s going to look light, sweet and airy — just a perfect combination for your summertime wedding!
